About
Welcome to Fox Hill,
Founded by Parker Hilton, Fox Hill Counseling came from a simple idea:
Therapy isn’t a modern invention. It’s an ancient tradition — one person getting honest with another, hoping for a little more clarity, a little less chaos.
People in a room, trying to make sense of the human condition.
Practical. Collaborative. Grounded in real life — the kind that’s messy, beautiful, and sometimes brutally hard.
At Fox Hill, we work with the individual or individuals in the room.
Not the diagnosis or the label. We work with you because no two people show up with the same story, the same scars, or the same hunger for change.
Our licensed counselors build plans that fit your life, not the other way around. We pull from research-backed practices and, at the end of the day, what worked for us — CBT, mindfulness, narrative, somatic, eco-therapeutic, centuries-old philosophy — not because it sounds good, but because real life demands flexibility.
Therapy here should feel like an honest conversation, not a diagnosis. Insightful when it needs to be, practical when it matters most. But above all — human.
When you sit across from one of our clinicians, one thing should be obvious:
You are seen.
As clinicians, we built Fox Hill to be the place we couldn’t find ourselves — a home for curious minds, lifelong learners, and people who believe in showing up.
Because you are the expert on you. Our job is to bring our experience to the table, meet you where you are, and figure out — together — how to move your life toward whatever change you’ve been craving.
No gimmicks. No gurus.
Just real work, done with care.
“We are all patchwork, and so shapeless and diverse in composition that each piece, each moment, plays its own game.”
— Michel de Montaigne
